Fun Mum and Toddler Yoga Classes

Wether you have been coming to baby yoga every since your little one's been on this world or you only just have heard of the many benefits of yoga with your toddler these classes are for everyone!

The classes are full of laughing and playing together and a way of leaving stresses of every-day life behind. Fun yoga stories, songs, games, poses and breath awareness for you and your toddler are combined in a relaxed and nurturing atmoshpere. Each class ends with a journey into relaxation and visualisation. These lifely classes are a balanced mix of yoga for mums, dads or carers to regain their strength and ease off aches and tension in tired muscles as well as toddler yoga full of exploring movement, co-ordination and body awareness, confidence and moments of relaxation and massage.

If you have a baby you can bring him or her along to the class.

Classes are Thursdays 10.00 - 11.00
