Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of acuppressure massage based on the principle that the whole body is mirrored in the feet and hands. In order to release blockages and to rebalance the whole body pressure is applied to reflex points that are related to the various organs in the body as well as to individual conditions.
Reflexology treatments are balancing for the whole body and soul, which makes it such a successful and safe treatment for a vast variety of ailments and conditions.
I also offer a home blend of essential oils in aqueous cream and aloea vera to heal cracked heels and pamper your feet.
Reflexology for Babies and Children
An amazing gift to give to your little ones
1-2-1 sessions are available as well as a three week course for parents and carers. The course will be very small only 4 babies. We'll cover what reflexology is, how it works and how to do it. There will be some massages on each other's feet for you before we start massaging the babies. I will specifically concentrate on areas that are important for your growing baby like teething, colds and coughs, colic and digestion in general, eczema and lots more. Baby reflexology is a fantastic tool for you as a parent or carer to use whenever your little one is poorly or just for general well-being and fun together. It's easy and you can do it anywhere.
The whole course will be £45, including handouts and a little pot of lotion.
