Baby Reflexology
This baby reflexology course is for parents and carers and their babies in the first year. Over three weeks you'll discover with your little one what reflexology is, how it works and how it benefits you and your family. Once you understand how reflexology works it can be a great tool for any age.
The three one hour sessions will cover reflexology for general well-being, boosting the immune system and specific areas that are important for your growing baby like teething, colds, coughs and eye and ear infections, colic and digestions in general, eczema and lots more.
Before we start treating the babies we'll massage each others feet to get a feeling for reflexolgy..
Baby reflexology is a fantastic tool for you as a parent or carer to use whenever your little one is poorly or just for general well-bein and fun together. It's easy, you can do it anywhere and you just keep doing it as your little one grows up into an adult.
Aromatherapy for babies and children
